What Are Staking Rewards?
You can earn up to 15% APY on the SG held in your SocialGood App and/or linked external wallet. The staking reward rate depends on your Membership level, which is based on how much SG you hold and your total purchases completed through the SocialGood App in the past 2 months.
How is my Staking Reward Level Determined?
There are 5 membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
Your membership level is determined by the following criteria and is recalculated every 6 hours. Your current level will be displayed within the app and you will earn staking rewards accordingly. You can receive compound interest as your staking rewards will be calculated based on both the initial SG and the accumulated staking rewards from previous periods. In addition, approved SG inside of the SocialGood App is calculated in the total staked SG at an increase of 3%.
Diamond Level

Crypto Back Shopping: $100,000+ USD total in the past 2 months
OR
Staking: 5,000+ SG
Platinum Level
(10% APY)
Crypto Back Shopping: $2,000+ USD total in the past 2 months
OR
Staking: 200+ SG
Gold Level

How to Start Earning Staking Rewards
In order to begin staking, you will need to either earn SG through shopping in the SocialGood App, or buy SocialGood on an exchange and connect your wallet with SG to the SocialGood App.
Follow These 5 Steps To Connect Your Wallet for Staking Rewards:
Download the wallet from the Google Play Store or the App Store. Click here for a list of connectable wallets.
After installing, follow the instructions in the app and create your wallet.
Send the SG you bought on an exchange to the wallet you made.
Open the SocialGood App.
Go to Assets Screen -> Staking Rewards -> Connect My Wallet -> and select your wallet.
Go to Assets Screen -> Staking Rewards -> Connect My Wallet -> and select your wallet.
Follow the instructions to connect your wallet to the SocialGood App.
