Q: I won Withdrawable SG $1,000 . How can I withdraw SG?

A: There are no Handling Fee; you only need to pay the Network Fee required for the blockchain transaction, and the withdrawal can be processed instantly. However, it may take a few business days after the request is accepted. To request a withdrawal, tap the Withdrawable SG at the top of the Spin screen to proceed to the withdrawal request page. This is a separate withdrawal process specific to the Spin feature and is independent of Regular Withdrawal or Contributor Withdrawal.

Q: After starting the Spin, I closed the app, and when I reopened the Spin screen, the Spin had been consumed, but I didn’t receive any prizes.

A: Even if you navigate to another screen or close the app after starting the Spin, the prize will still be credited to your account. The prize you won is reflected in the Earned SG and Withdrawable SG at the top of the Spin screen. However, please note that if you switch screens or close the app, you will not be able to see the prize-winning animation.

Q: I purchased a Spin, but my Spin count hasn’t increased.

A: If you purchased a Spin but your Spin count hasn’t increased, please contact us and be sure to attach evidence of the in-app purchase (a screenshot of your purchase detail from the App Store or Play Store). If there is no record of the purchase in the store, it means the purchase did not go through. Please try purchasing again.
