Have you ever experienced not receiving SG (the purchase has not shown up) despite making purchases through the SocialGood App or partner store’s site? This issue typically arises when the partner store site fails to recognize that your purchase was made via the SocialGood App. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to reflect in the app after the initial purchase. And, there are various reasons why your purchase may not appear as pending in your Shopping History. Refer to the following articles for more details:

However, if you are certain that you followed all instructions correctly and did not engage in any actions that could disqualify your purchase for SG, kindly furnish us with the following information and a screenshot of the missing purchase for all ordered items using this form (Zendesk form link).

The SocialGood Customer Support team will transmit your purchasing information to the partner stores for them to verify your purchases. Evidence of purchases made through SocialGood App should include:

  • Country
  • Store name
  • Order ID inside the store
  • Purchase date
  • Purchase time and time zone
  • Purchase currency
  • Purchase amount
  • Screenshot of purchase details (if available)

Upon confirmation from the partner stores, your missing purchase will be reflected as Pending within the app.
Please note that investigations by the partner store authorities typically take around 2 months. Unfortunately, if the partner store fails to recognize your purchase, SG will not be awarded. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
