Withdrawal Guide for SPIN
1. Basics of Withdrawal
・Before proceeding to withdrawal, please make sure that your wallet is properly linked.
・To complete a withdrawal, the following two conditions must both be met:
① Meet the Withdrawal Goal
You must meet the Withdrawal Goal according to the amount of bonus you received.
② Meet the Withdrawal Requirements
You may withdraw up to three times the total amount of your purchases made in the last 24 hours.
If no purchase was made within the last 24 hours, withdrawals are not available.
All Spin and Chip purchases on any wheel are eligible, but only purchases of $25 or more are counted.
Please note that additional conditions may apply to your first withdrawal.

2. Steps to Withdrawal
① Tap the “Withdrawable SG” section at the top of the Spin Screen to proceed to Withdraw SG.
② If you have not yet met the Withdrawal Goal, a Progress Bar will be displayed showing your goal. If not completed, you will need to continue playing Spins until you reach the goal.
③ In addition to meeting the Withdrawal Goal, you must also meet the withdrawal requirements.
If you have not purchased at least $30 worth of Spins in the past week, please purchase tickets and continue to play Spins.
Purchases made before completing the Withdrawal Goal are also counted toward the withdrawal requirement.

④ You can withdraw your Withdrawable SG to your wallet.
3. Explanation of the Withdrawal Goal
・Some specific bonuses may require you to play a certain amount before withdrawal.
・The full amount of Spins played on any machine will count toward this goal.
・The Withdrawal Goal is visualized in the Progress Bar, showing how much more you need to play before withdrawal becomes available.
4. Notes
・KYC may be required depending on your environment.
・Withdrawals may be temporarily locked if KYC is incomplete or depending on the status of the ecosystem.
・For the withdrawal requirement (separate from the Withdrawal Goal), Spin purchases made with SG reinvestment are not counted.

Q: What is the difference between Earned SG and Withdrawable SG?
A:
・Earned SG is the SG balance shown within the app. Its value is also displayed on the Assets screen.
・Withdrawable SG, as the name suggests, is the allowance for withdrawals. In other words, Withdrawable SG is not SG itself, but the “limit” of how much you can withdraw.

Q: What is the difference between Earned SG and Withdrawable SG?
A: Earned SG refers to SG actually earned from Spins, shopping, or activities. Withdrawable SG refers to the portion that can be withdrawn.
Example 1
- Earned SG = $500
- Withdrawable SG = $100
- Action: Withdraw $100
- Result: Earned SG decreases to $400, Withdrawable SG becomes $0
Example 2
- Earned SG = $50
- Withdrawable SG = $100
- Action: Attempt to withdraw $100
- Result: Only $50 can be withdrawn. To use the remaining $50 Withdrawable SG, you must earn an additional $50 in Earned SG.
Q: How long does it take for a withdrawal to be completed?
A: Due to higher-than-usual traffic, processing time may be longer than usual — in some cases, up to about a week. If your request hasn’t been processed after 7 days, please feel free to contact us.
